Social media has increasingly become a useful tool for for-profit and non-profit organizations alike. Whether or not an organization can successfully execute well-planned business strategies and tactics directly determines how much competitive advantage it gets in today’s marketplace. Unfortunately, not every organization is clear about its social media mission. Even worse, executives in some companies consider social media as a maze of confusion, trying to avoid it at all costs.
